For a full refund, cancellations must be made 72 hours before the scheduled rental. Cancellations made after the 72 hour period will not be refunded.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit within 5-10 business days once Hot Tub Boat Victoria has been notified of the cancellation.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Why the cancellation fees? Our staff arrives early to prep your boat to ensure an amazing experience. Cleaning and filling the boats requires several supplies and a few hours. Due to the nature of our rentals, time slots are booked ahead of time and a late cancellation means other potential guests may miss the opportunity to book. To ensure efficient scheduling for our staff and other guests we require 3 days’ notice to cancel or change your booking.
